Senior Technical Consultant – VMware Cloud Foundation

About the role

MBCOM Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Professional Services team. You will lead the delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 solutions for enterprise customers across multiple regions, ensuring successful implementation, validation, and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end VCF projects, from installation to production handover.
• Execute technical designs and implementation plans created by Technical Leads and Architects.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot VMware solutions in customer environments.
• Participate in discovery workshops, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Support deployment and integration of VCF 9, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, HCX, VKS and related automation tools.
• Perform health checks, upgrades, migrations, and operational optimisations.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, implementation guides and knowledge‑transfer material.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure adoption and operational readiness.
• Assist with effort estimation, technical reviews and pre‑sales activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting VMware infrastructure solutions.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Relevant VMware and Broadcom certifications are highly desirable.
