Social Media Manager Intern

About the role

Ghost Digitals is seeking a motivated Social Media Manager Intern to join its hybrid team. You will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across major social platforms, ensuring each post reflects the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of content calendars and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Monitor comments and messages, engage with followers, and flag any issues to the team.
• Assist in optimizing posts for reach and engagement using platform analytics.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members on visual assets.
• Conduct basic competitor and trend research to generate fresh content ideas.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and storytelling, with openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma (optional but a plus).
