Team Lead Trainer

About the role

The Team Lead Trainer will oversee the design, delivery and supervision of trainer‑to‑trainer programmes across multiple cities, ensuring high‑quality skill development for fashion professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead training‑of‑trainers sessions in different cities.
• Prepare and customise training materials specific to each assignment.
• Supervise short‑term trainings across regions and ensure consistent delivery.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training and apprenticeship programmes.
• Coordinate and lead demand‑driven trainings for the specific assignment.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience leading trainers in similar skill‑development projects.
• Proven experience facilitating and supervising trainings across multiple locations.
• Previous experience coordinating demand‑driven training programmes.
• Minimum BSc degree in mechanical engineering, textile engineering, industrial engineering/technology, manufacturing engineering/technology, chemical engineering, leather and leather product technology, metal work and woodwork, or related fields.
