About the role

Oromia Bank is seeking a qualified professional to lead its Architectural & Engineering Design team. The role involves overseeing design projects and ensuring high standards of construction management.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Management competencies: Building Team, Decision Quality, Drive for Result, Planning, Priority Setting.
Core competencies: Continuous Learning, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Perseverance, Teamwork.
Functional competencies: Construction Management, Construction Cost Management, Architecture and Value Management.
