Training and Development Manager

About the role

The Training and Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning solutions for Water for Good’s global workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role combines strategic training design with hands‑on facilitation to support employee growth across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with organisational goals.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and workshop sessions, ensuring they are engaging and meet learning objectives.
• Communicate training initiatives to stakeholders, gather feedback and report progress.
• Track attendance, completion rates and address overdue training.
• Stay current on HR, educational and employee‑engagement trends and technologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by identifying individual development opportunities.
• Partner with HR and line managers to assess strengths, career aspirations and support performance evaluations.
• Champion strengths‑based development and promote internal resources for self‑directed learning.

Required profile

• Passion for Water for Good’s mission of providing sustainable safe water, sanitation and hygiene.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in adult learning, training design and delivery.
