Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing & Creative Support

About the role

StratTech Talent Consulting and Advisory LLC is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support its digital marketing and creative initiatives. The role is a remote independent‑contractor position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with working hours that overlap US Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the company website, performing minor design changes and basic troubleshooting.
• Edit video assets for social posts, client materials and internal use.
• Design graphics for social media, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Provide light administrative support such as calendar coordination, email drafting and document preparation.
• Track content performance and report basic metrics.
• Coordinate with the US‑based team on deadlines, priorities and feedback.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Commercial, paid experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Commercial experience with website design and maintenance (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
• Commercial experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Ability to work regular hours that overlap US Central Time business hours.
