Virtual Assistant - Guest Relations & Bookings

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to act as the central hub for a diverse portfolio of boutique hotels, B&Bs, and premium short‑term rentals. This fully remote position requires a technical expert who can blend traditional hotel guest services with modern short‑term rental logistics, delivering a flawless five‑star experience from booking to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, handling special requests, check‑in logistics, and real‑time troubleshooting.
• Manage calendar availability, rate synchronization, and reservation modifications across Guesty and Uplisting.
• Maintain and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google, responding to reviews to protect brand integrity.
• Coordinate daily with on‑site hotel staff and remote maintenance/housekeeping teams to ensure smooth turnovers.
• Handle OTA disputes, chargebacks, and overbooking prevention while keeping meticulous administrative records.
• Provide on‑call support for urgent guest issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in hospitality or short‑term rental management.
• Strong technical aptitude for managing multiple OTA platforms and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
