About the role

The Accountant – Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding customer debt while supporting cash‑flow optimisation. Reporting to the Country Lead‑Financial Control, the role ensures timely resolution of credit queries and maintains accurate customer account records.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and recover outstanding customer debt using structured collection strategies.
  • Resolve credit queries promptly and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Support cash‑flow optimisation and minimise financial risk for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and credit‑management procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the collections process.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of credit and collections processes.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
