About the role
The Branch Affairs Division Manager will lead the branch affairs function within Yegna Microfinance Institution, ensuring effective coordination of branch operations and compliance with banking and micro‑finance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch activities and ensure alignment with institutional policies.
- Manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including loan portfolio quality and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with senior management on strategic initiatives and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of relevant banking or micro‑finance experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior or managerial position.
- BA/MA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
