Brand Launch Event Concept Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Brand Launch Event Concept Development Consultant to craft the creative vision and strategic direction for a world‑class luxury brand launch in Addis Ababa. The role focuses exclusively on concept creation, storytelling, and experiential design, while production and logistics are handled by local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive creative concept that aligns with the luxury brand’s positioning and objectives.
• Design immersive guest journeys, including visual storytelling, culinary experiences, and social‑media moments.
• Produce detailed creative briefs, mood boards, and presentation decks for client approval.
• Collaborate with hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle partners to ensure cohesive brand activation.
• Guide local production teams on creative intent without managing day‑to‑day logistics.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in luxury events, brand activations, experiential marketing, or premium lifestyle events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑end, immersive event concepts with international benchmarks.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling, guest experience design, and visual direction.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
