Business Development & Sales Manager

About the role

Gabi Film Production is expanding its commercial team and seeks an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to create strategic partnerships and secure high‑value projects. The role is performance‑driven, offering flexibility while rewarding results across production, marketing, consulting, and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, NGO, government, and private‑sector organisations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and strategic partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals with support from internal teams.
• Lead negotiations and support contract closure.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong professional network within Ethiopia’s corporate, development, or private sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and results‑oriented.
