Client Relationship Officer – Ethiopia

About the role

Inkomoko Ethiopia is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Officer to nurture and expand relationships with its portfolio of entrepreneurs and customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage a client portfolio, providing regular updates on activity and success.
• Conduct client interviews to identify concerns, gather feedback, and improve satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver presentations that explain Inkomoko’s services and value proposition.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• Build and execute a customer relationship management strategy to ensure high satisfaction.
• Tri­age support incidents, handle escalations, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Stay fully informed about Inkomoko’s service offerings to provide accurate information.

Required profile

• Motivated and experienced in client relationship or customer success roles.
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with a focus on timely issue resolution.
