About the role
The Customer Service Officer I provides front‑office support at a bank branch, handling customer enquiries, account maintenance and cash/non‑cash transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Make and check front‑office customer service support at the branch.
- Handle and check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions while responding to customer enquiries.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions and address all customer requests at the branch.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a bank.
Required skills
- Understanding of basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of the bank's accounting procedures.
- Ability to respond to client enquiries, provide advice and resolve most issues.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the core banking system.
