About the role
The Customer Service Officer will act as a primary point of contact for bank clients, delivering courteous and efficient service. This position supports the bank’s commitment to high‑quality customer interactions across several locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and requests in line with bank policies.
- Process routine transactions and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank products and services to guide customers effectively.
Required profile
- BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
