Customer Support Agent – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a friendly and resourceful Customer Support Agent to join its fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product questions, order tracking, returns, and any other issues they encounter.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone with clear, kind, and helpful communication.
• Investigate and resolve product‑related questions, order status, and return processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the platform, products, and support best practices.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Patient, empathetic, and responsible problem‑solver who enjoys teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
