E-commerce Support Associate – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote E‑commerce Support Associate to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will deliver friendly, professional assistance across email, chat and phone, helping shoppers resolve issues and build loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone.
• Assist with order tracking, product returns and other post‑purchase concerns.
• Manage support tickets efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Stay informed about new products, policies and platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong empathy, patience and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Gorgias or similar ticketing systems.
• General proficiency with ticketing platforms.
