E-commerce Support Associate – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a proactive Remote E‑commerce Support Associate to deliver friendly, professional assistance to customers of modern online brands. You will be the primary point of contact, helping to build loyalty through timely and accurate support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone channels.
• Answer questions and resolve issues such as order tracking, product returns, and general product information.
• Manage support tickets efficiently and keep clear, up‑to‑date records.
• Stay informed on new products, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High empathy, patience, and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with Gorgias or similar ticketing systems.
