About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote E‑commerce Support Associate to become the primary point of contact for customers of modern e‑commerce brands. You will deliver friendly, professional assistance across multiple channels while helping to build loyalty and trust.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer communications via email, chat, and phone.
Answer questions and resolve issues such as order tracking, returns, and product inquiries.
Manage support tickets efficiently and keep accurate records.
Stay informed about new products, policies, and platform updates.

Required profile

At least 1 year of remote customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High empathy, patience, and attention to detail.

Required skills

Experience with Shopify.
Familiarity with Gorgias or similar ticketing systems.
