About the role
The Financial Reporting and Compliance Division Manager will lead the division responsible for accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and taxation matters within Nile Insurance Company. This senior position reports to senior management and ensures that all financial statements and compliance activities meet statutory and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with an accounting focus.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 9 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years in management or senior supervisory roles.
- Substantial experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, or insurance finance.
