IT Infrastructure Support Division Manager

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Support Division Manager will lead the division responsible for network, server, cloud and end‑user services, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations for the company. The position is based at the head office in Addis Ababa and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage a team delivering network, server, cloud and end‑user support.
• Ensure service continuity, performance and security of all infrastructure components.
• Coordinate with other departments to align IT services with business needs.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 9 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
• Experience primarily in network, server, cloud, end‑user support or infrastructure operations.
