About the role
The Manager of the Interest-Free Microfinance Division will lead the unit that provides micro‑finance services without interest to clients. Based in Addis Ababa, this permanent position reports to senior management and is responsible for ensuring the division operates efficiently, complies with regulatory standards, and achieves its social impact goals. The role requires a strong background in banking or micro‑finance and proven managerial experience.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- 4–6 years of relevant banking or micro‑finance experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior or managerial position.
- MA/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
