Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, the Manager Trade Marketing‑Events and Promotions will support regional teams in delivering the commercial business plan through trade marketing, promotions, brand management and consistent merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional markets in achieving their commercial business objectives.
• Develop and execute trade‑marketing initiatives, events and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and oversee brand‑management activities.
• Ensure merchandising standards are applied uniformly across all regions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing actions with company values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade marketing, promotions or brand management.
• Ability to work closely with regional teams and drive commercial results.
• Alignment with Safaricom’s core values of customer obsession, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
