About the role
Teklehaimanot General Hospital is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Brand Lead to bridge clinical care and brand communication. This entry‑level position offers fresh medical graduates the chance to apply their clinical knowledge while shaping the hospital’s public image through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assist in clinical services as needed.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote hospital services.
- Create, edit, and manage digital content for the hospital’s website and social‑media channels.
- Engage with patients and the local community to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and participate in outreach programs to increase visibility.
Required profile
- Medical Doctor degree with a valid license.
- Strong interest in combining healthcare with marketing innovation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
