Marketing & Innovation Manager – Beauty, Wellbeing & Personal Care

About the role

Unilever is seeking a creative, resilient and commercially minded Marketing & Innovation Manager for its Beauty, Wellbeing and Personal Care (BWPC) portfolio in Ethiopia. You will lead the end‑to‑end innovation agenda, turning consumer insights into profitable product launches that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the innovation strategy and pipeline aligned with business growth ambitions.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities and unmet needs to create commercially viable concepts.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams from concept through launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Own innovation budgets, business cases and financial performance, providing ROI and P&L analysis.
• Partner with marketing, supply chain and sales to execute go‑to‑market plans and track post‑launch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in marketing, innovation or product development.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end innovation from insight to launch.
• Strong consumer insight, analytical capability and financial acumen.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
