About the role

Hibret Bank S.C. is seeking qualified professionals for ten diverse positions at its Head Office in Addis Ababa. The roles span cybersecurity, IT operations, engineering, administration, secretarial support, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, incident response, and cyber‑security operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain software interfaces and programs.
• Provide engineering and interior‑design services for bank facilities.
• Manage building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering tasks.
• Perform secretarial and administrative duties, including document handling and office support.
• Operate and maintain bank vehicles as a senior truck driver.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or appropriate TVET diploma.
• Experience ranging from 1 year for junior roles to up to 10 years for senior positions.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity are advantageous for technical roles.
• Valid driving licence and auto‑mechanics training for the truck driver position.
