About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, recovering abandoned carts, and delivering personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Sales Recovery: Re‑engage customers who abandoned carts and provide tailored incentives to complete purchases.
• Customer Journey Management: Use email and chat to guide buyers through post‑purchase and consideration phases.
• Product Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations that increase transaction value.
• Efficient Problem‑Solving: Address inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining high trust.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Strong persuasion abilities with a proven record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Experience using Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup and ability to work independently.
