Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work fully remotely, guiding shoppers through the post‑purchase journey and recovering abandoned sales.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts, offering personalized solutions and incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage the customer journey using targeted email and chat outreach during post‑purchase and consideration phases.
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations to increase transaction value.
• Handle customer inquiries and minor troubleshooting quickly while maintaining trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Strong persuasion abilities with a proven record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Experience with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms and CRM software.
• Reliable remote work setup and self‑motivation.
