Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy individual to join its fully remote team as a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them through chat, email or phone while representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a courteous manner.
• Handle questions about product details, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify platforms to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
