Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

Inter Ethiopia Solutions PLC is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the promotion and distribution of its solar energy solutions across Ethiopia. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on sales activities to expand the customer base and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to showcase solar products and services.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and emerging trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Assist in drafting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market.
