Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company that powers online scheduling and patient communication for dental and medical practices across the United States. The role is focused on high-volume outbound outreach to small- and medium-size practices, working full-time on U.S. Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls each day to SMB dental practices.
• Engage office managers and administrators with permission-based openers and structured discovery questions.
• Book qualified demos for Account Executives, targeting 15–20 meetings held per month.
• Execute multi-touch outreach sequences over 1–2 weeks to reach decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
• Qualify opportunities to achieve 70%+ meeting show rates.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly one-on-ones, call reviews and role-play sessions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or in a high-volume outbound sales role.
• Ability to make 100–150 cold calls per day and run 10–15 touch outreach sequences.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral accent.
• Strong gatekeeper navigation and permission-based outreach skills.
• Full-time availability aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Familiarity with outbound dialing platforms such as Gong Engage or Nooks.
• Experience using meeting-scheduling tools like Chili Piper.
