Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company that powers online scheduling and patient communication for dental and medical practices across the U.S. As a Sales Development Representative you will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to SMB dental practices.
• Engage office managers with permission‑based openers and structured discovery questions.
• Book 15–20 qualified demos per month for Account Executives.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach sequences over 1–2 weeks to reach decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
• Achieve 70%+ meeting show rates and meet monthly quota.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, call reviews, and role‑play sessions.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience as an SDR or in a high‑volume outbound sales role.
• Ability to make 100–150 calls per day and run 10–15 touch sequences.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral accent.
• Strong gatekeeper navigation and permission‑based outreach skills.
• Availability to work full‑time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
