Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Assist, a global BPO firm, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to expand its outbound sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified meetings and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients across target markets.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in SDR, sales, lead generation, or a customer‑facing role.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience working in a BPO environment or with international clients is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and self‑motivated.
