Sales Manager

About the role

People First Consult is seeking a high‑caliber Sales Manager for a leading international company operating in real estate development, property development, hospitality and destination development. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading a high‑performing sales team and building strong relationships with clients, brokers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
• Drive lead generation, conversion and business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve sales performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, CRM, Legal and Operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• 10–12 years of sales experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proven sales leadership experience in real estate/property development
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer needs
• Track record of delivering ambitious sales and revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
