Senior Field Sales Representative

About the role

Circles Marketing & Events PLC is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to join its team in Addis Ababa. You will work directly with clinics, med‑spas, and high‑ticket service businesses, generating real paying customers through face‑to‑face engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local health‑care market.
• Visit prospects and existing clients, presenting products or services in person.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, gather feedback, and provide after‑sales support to encourage repeat business.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, prospecting, lead qualification, and long‑term account maintenance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple on‑site visits.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with basic proficiency in productivity tools.
• Familiarity with the Addis Ababa market and willingness to travel within the city.
• High professionalism, integrity, and customer‑focus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent practical experience.
