Senior Marketing And Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Marketing and Sales Supervisor will lead AIT Technology’s marketing and sales functions from its Addis Ababa office. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and expanding revenue across the company’s technology services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the marketing and sales team.
• Prepare proposals, nurture client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Track key performance indicators and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to integrate market insights into service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning and digital marketing.
• Strong sales management experience, including pipeline development, account management, negotiation and closing.
• Experience leading and supervising teams with performance‑management and coaching responsibilities.
• Solid analytical and reporting abilities, using data to optimise marketing and sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Several years of progressive experience in marketing and sales, preferably within technology or service‑based industries.
• Fluency in English and local languages, with excellent presentation and proposal‑writing skills.
