Senior Software Developer (C#, .NET, SQL Server)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain robust web applications for mission‑critical environments. The role involves translating user requirements into high‑quality software features while adhering to CMMI Level 3 processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into functional software features.
• Write and maintain T‑SQL stored procedures, functions, and database schemas.
• Participate in design meetings, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects.
• Produce formal software documentation and unit tests.
• Develop web UI using Razor/Blazor.NET, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Implement business logic, APIs, and client‑side scripts.
• Follow CMMI Level 3 development processes and ensure quality standards.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Minimum 8 years of professional coding experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and presentations.
