About the role

The Trainee Banker position is an entry‑level opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in banking. The role is permanent and follows the bank’s compensation scale. Candidates will join the bank’s operations after meeting the specified academic and eligibility criteria.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information System, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum CGPA of 2.75 for female candidates and 3.00 for male candidates.
Mandatory exit exam result and Grade 8 certificate.
Age 30 years or younger (inclusive).
Graduation year must be 2026.
No prior work experience required.
