Web Content Analyst Annotator

About the role

The Web Content Analyst Annotator will evaluate, categorize, and annotate digital content across a variety of online platforms. This work supports AI systems that need accurate data for content understanding, ranking, moderation, and quality assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and classify web‑content datasets, including articles, multimedia, and user‑facing information.
• Evaluate content quality, tone, relevance, and label categories and user intent.
• Review AI‑generated responses and flag misinformation, unsafe or low‑quality data.
• Apply annotation guidelines consistently and maintain dataset accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI training pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing, Information Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content analysis, writing, editing, moderation, or digital media.
• Familiarity with online research tools and understanding of online content ecosystems.
• Basic certifications such as Google Digital Skills, HubSpot/Google Content Marketing, or Digital Media Analysis (advantage).
