About the role
The Brand Manager for Bedele Special will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to grow brand equity, preference, sales volume and profit. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will coordinate marketing activities, product innovation, and sponsorship initiatives from the head office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with the brand positioning and marketing mix.
- Plan and execute brand activation, channel activation, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with trade marketing and sales teams.
- Manage sponsorship assets and media partnerships to maximise ROI and brand health indicators.
- Monitor brand performance, set up evaluation systems and adjust tactics based on consumer and market intelligence.
- Oversee product innovation, renovations and ensure brand‑specific assets are deployed effectively across channels.
- Coordinate media management, monitoring and reporting to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and the marketing mix.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with trade marketing, sales and product development teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and evaluate brand performance.
