About the role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting our advertising and engineering business with strategic marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, creating engaging content.
- Design and produce advertising materials and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and coordinate promotional activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in marketing and sales, preferably in advertising or engineering.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
