Customer Support Agent

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote team and seeks a friendly, thoughtful Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product questions, order issues, and general inquiries while upholding the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
• Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and other support needs.
• Maintain clear and helpful communication that reflects TalentPop App’s brand values.
• Stay current on internal processes, tools, and product knowledge to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Patient, empathetic, organized, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
