About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Remote Appointment Setter to join Good Boi Marketing, a fast‑growing agency that helps dog groomers and daycare businesses generate high‑quality appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated for our clients.
• Qualify prospects according to client criteria.
• Book appointments directly into client calendars.
• Handle follow‑up via phone, SMS, and email.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the Go High Level CRM.
• Maximize contact and booking rates for every lead.

Required profile

• Professional or native‑level English (C1‑C2) – spoken and written.
• Strong communication with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and processes.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM, specifically Go High Level.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
• High‑quality headset and dual‑screen setup.
