About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join Yango by TAK’s founding team in Addis Ababa. In this role you will be the first point of contact for riders and drivers, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and service quality is maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to riders and drivers via phone, chat or email.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues affecting the mobility platform.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in operations, mobility or technology platforms is a plus.
