Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will help improve online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email newsletters and marketing copy.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in deploying new digital tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with an i5 processor.
