About the role
Tiko is seeking an Ecosystem Trainer to work with partners across its health platform in Ethiopia. You will ensure that clinics, providers, and retailers understand how to use the Tiko system, its offers, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding training for new clinics, providers, and retailers on the Tiko platform.
- Explain standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and relevant policies.
- Track training coverage and maintain an inventory of actors with sufficient trained staff.
- Update partners on new platform offers and provide related training.
- Identify, prevent, and report any fraudulent activity or policy breaches.
Required profile
- Tech‑savvy with strong proficiency in mobile applications and messaging tools.
- Comfortable working onsite in Hawassa or Addis Ababa.
