About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Force Sales Supervisor to lead and support a sales team, driving strong commercial performance across an assigned market and segment. The role focuses on boosting team productivity, providing day‑to‑day supervision and coaching, and ensuring effective execution of business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive coaching and performance‑management initiatives to maximise team effectiveness and business results.
  • Collaborate with customer support, service and management teams to consistently meet sales objectives and customer expectations.
  • Monitor sales activities and team performance to ensure alignment with company standards, targets and execution quality.
  • Identify skill gaps and support continuous development through coaching, training and performance‑improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with market management to achieve strategic and commercial objectives for the assigned market.
  • Implement company initiatives and operational standards consistently and effectively.
  • Enhance individual and team performance through field‑support tools, training programmes, territory planning and customer‑engagement strategies.
  • Lead forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely sales projections.
  • Maintain close engagement with key accounts, evaluating customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary management contact for major customers, building long‑term relationships.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and maintain strong internal relationships with stakeholders.
  • Align closely with field marketing to maximise the use of marketing investments.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as customer support, service and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset for monitoring performance, forecasting and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with experience handling key accounts.
