Global Graduate – Supply Chain

About the role

Join Heineken’s Global Graduate Program in Supply Chain and embark on a three‑year development journey. You will rotate through three six‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in finance, commerce and supply chain functions, before moving into a management position within Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month rotation in the Heineken operating company in Ethiopia, learning core supply chain processes.
• Undertake a cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia to broaden business perspective.
• Participate in an international assignment to develop a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Apply acquired knowledge in a post‑program management role within the home operating company.
