Marketing Officer – Outreach & Partnerships

About the role

Oneness Academy is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Officer to lead outreach and business development initiatives. The role will focus on increasing student registrations, forging partnerships with schools, companies and NGOs, and positioning the Academy as a premier training platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost student registrations and platform growth.
• Plan and execute outreach activities such as school visits, presentations and events.
• Identify and engage corporate, NGO and institutional partners for training collaborations.
• Pitch and promote training programmes to prospective clients.
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, organisations and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical and project teams for coordinated execution.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving registration, sales or partnership targets.
• Experience in the education, training or digital platform sector is an advantage.
