About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale daily operations for Yango by TAK, a next‑generation mobility platform in Ethiopia. The role focuses on performance management, operational efficiency, and supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities and ensure service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align operational processes with business objectives.
• Drive scaling strategies as the mobility platform expands.
• Maintain a strong focus on driver empowerment and customer experience.
