Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

UNIQUE, a legally established organization specializing in technology development and advertising services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Officer in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role covers planning and running marketing campaigns, coordinating advertising activities and supporting technology-driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and coordinate advertising activities
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients
• Manage social media channels and prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing with business goals

Required profile

• Strong marketing and sales skills, with experience developing and implementing promotional strategies
• Market research skills, including analysis of customer needs, trends and competitor activity
• Effective communication skills for client engagement, presentations and internal collaboration
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales or marketing roles preferred
